Larus Technologies Corporation is a wholly-owned Canadian engineering and software development company, incorporated in August 1995. Larus Technologies is Ottawa-based with three core business areas: Sensor Networking Products, Software Engineering Services and Research and Engineering.

Sensor Networking Products

The Nexus Fusion Engine software product provides a complete end to end multi-type, multi-source data fusion system, from collection and synthesis of data from in situ sensors to providing actionable intelligence to client decision/command and control (C2) systems.

Larus Intelligent Sensor and Actuator (LISA) Sensor Networking Products are embedded 'add-on' products designed to provide a smart interface and local intelligence capabilities for off-the-shelf sensors and actuators and their supporting networks.

Software Engineering Services

Larus Technologies' software engineering team specializes in territorial security and defence solutions where interoperability is the penultimate requirement. Larus has unique technical expertise and operation experience in the development of advanced systems for multi-sensor data collection, aggregation, display, exploitation and fusion for the Canadian Forces and NATO defence applications.

Research and Engineering

The Larus Research and Engineering team is available to work with commercial clients to enhance their existing applications or products with custom computational intelligence software.
