New Product: NMEA 4-Channel Multiplexer

Larus Technologies introduces the LISA NMEA 0183 4-Channel Multiplexer. This 4-channel multiplexer enhances communication between marine electronic devices for use in defence, commercial or personal use vessels. It can multiplex up to 4 NMEA  standard data sources (e.g. GPS, ARPA X, ARPA S and/or AIS) onto a single data stream allowing for reduced cabling and signal loss throughout the vessel.

The LISA NMEA 0183 4-Channel Multiplexer has four RS-385 (or RS-422) input ports that can handle NMEA 0183 traffic, multiplex and timestamp all of their samples, and output them on a DB-9 RS-232  port back to a server.
